Morning Star Post Acute is a 57-bed community that offers exceptional skilled nursing care for seniors recovering from surgery, rehabilitating from a specific injury or trauma, or those in need of high-acuity nursing care. Our highly trained team of nurses are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing general and specialized care to ensure a swift and complete recovery.
